Can we arrange to have a grocery delivery to the cottages?

*Yes, no problem.

Which grocery companies usually deliver to the area?

*Asda, Tesco and Sainsburys are the regulars.

What is the delivery address for the cottages?

*Westhope Country Retreats, Middle Westhope Farm, Westhope, Craven Arms, Shropshire, SY79JL. **Please be sure to record the cottage name in the notes to ensure the driver knows which cottage they will be delivering too.

What time can I take delivery of my groceries?

*A time when you or your guests are occupying the cottage. We would recommend 5pm or after as other guests on site could be unloading or finding parking spaces.

Milk

Proper good dairy supply fresh local organic proper milk, which tastes proper good. It’s fresh from the family run farm located in South Shropshire, where the free range herd happily graze on lush pasture. A milk vending machine is located 10 minutes drive from our cottages and is open 24 hours a day, every day of the year. All of our cottages have a reusable glass bottle for use when staying with us.

This service is our most prestigious and reflects our heritage perfectly well. Our menus are entirely written to your specifications making this a bespoke service. Our minimum charge for this service is £62.00 per head, however do get in contact with us regarding your requirements and we can discuss bespoke costs tailored to your event. We offer an optional 12.5% service charge which you will see on the booking policy. This is to cover table flower arrangements and local still and sparkling water. We come to your venue fully equipped in order to give you an amazing experience. Our crockery and cutlery have all been hand made for us, and our ingredients are the finest that we can source. Our team cook, serve and clear away for you, leaving no trace of us apart from the memories. Please Note : (The only service that we don’t provide is alcohol supply or service).

If your thinking that your arrival day is going to be a bit hectic and want something low maintenance for dinner…take a look at Harry’s delivery menu! The information, from the man himself, is as follows-

Alongside our private dining service, we offer a delivery menu. Our delivery menus champion a much more bistro style of cooking. Changing each week allows the menu to retain incredible freshness and seasonality, dietary requirements are catered for and we have attached a sample menu for you to view. We provide a small set of very simple re-heating instructions to make your supper as easy as possible. We charge £22.50 for this service and delivery is included. We deliver Wednesday – Friday, please see our website for delivery area days. As the food is prepared fresh everyday, you can keep the meals for at least two days in the refrigerator. The weekly changing menu’s look mouthwatering!
